07/06/07: Update

Lori was busily crafting a response, but was sidetracked when she felt the sudden need to immediately inventory all of her personal care items, ensuring that I wasn't using any of them as "gear"....

hey dont forget to use those rubber band straps that came with the aero bottle.. buddy of mine didnt use them one time and the velcro strap at the front of the bottle broke and then the bottle was bouncing all over the place during the race, rubber bands would have kept it in place..
