I just got back from an exhausting run, so will give some details tomorrow. Note to self: don't run 2 hours on the same day as a 3.5 hour ride.....

Cycling: Planned 5.25 hours
Actual: 5.13 hours, 89.45 miles
Running: Planned 3.25 Hours
Actual: 3.02 hours, 18.07 miles
